    Hi, I’m Kristi! I am the OG photographer for Vita Brevis Fine Art. I have been taking portraits since I was a teenager. I have my B.A. degree in Photojournalism. That’s great and all, but what I really love is creating portraits that withstand the test of time, bring you back to a special place in life, and make you really love those portraits for the rest of your life. We put LOVE into our portraits here at VB!

    Hey, I’m Keith. Growing up with a sister who is a photographer (Kristi), you would think that I have always valued photography. But it wasn’t until I had my own family, pets, and losses that I realized the value of what portrait photography does for people.

    I love our mission to bring portraits back to Colorado families’ homes. We get to change people’s lives.

    Hi, I’m Savannah! I’m a Studio Manager here at Vita Brevis, where I’m passionate about capturing the beauty of families and making a lasting impact through meaningful portraiture. I truly love getting to know my clients and hearing their incredible stories—being part of something that can change lives is why I do what I do.I grew up in North Texas, where I studied photography and spent most of my life before moving to Colorado a few years ago. Outside of work, you can usually find me hiking, swimming, or at a concert enjoying live music (one of my favorite things!). I’m also a big fan of great food and cocktails, the key to my heart is a sunny patio with some Thai food!

    Hello! I’m Andrea, Production Manager at Vita Brevis Fine Art. I specialize in capturing the love, connection, and uniqueness of every client who steps in front of my lens. I believe that true beauty comes with authenticity. It’s about capturing those unfiltered, real moments. Every family is different, and I love the challenge of finding what makes them who they are and freezing those moments in time. I’m proudly from Pueblo, Colorado, so yes—green chile runs in my veins! Just like green chile and tamales bring comfort and tradition to the table, I aim to bring that same authenticity, flavor, and warmth to every portrait. Creativity is the heartbeat of everything I do—both behind the camera and in my daily life. When I'm not in the studio, you’ll find me knee-deep in DIY projects, building, crafting, or bringing a new idea to life. My love for art and storytelling drives me to constantly evolve and see the world from different angles. Let’s create something beautiful together.

    Hello my name is Jalen and I am the shift two studio manager here at Vita Brevis! I have worked in sales and sales management the past nine years and am so happy to be a part of this new adventure with Vita Brevis. I grew up in Hawaii and moved to Colorado Springs in 2015 where it is really home now. In my free time I love training martial arts, lifting weights, and spending time with my loved ones. If I am not going out to eat somewhere I am probably at home playing with my two cats. My favorite food has to be thai food!

    Hi, I’m Andrea Walters. I'm the accounts receivable manager at Vita Brevis Fine Art. What drew me to the studio was its timeless aesthetic and the thoughtful way we approach every session—not just capturing beautiful images, but creating an experience that feels personal and lasting. Being part of a team that values connection and intention makes the work deeply fulfilling. Outside the studio, I love trying new restaurants and finding great food spots around the city. I also enjoy getting outside—whether it’s a good hike or a long walk with my dog. And if you’re ever looking for me on a relaxed evening, there’s a good chance I’m sipping on a glass of wine at Lumen8, taking in the view.

    Vita Brevis has been such a wonderful place to be so far! Being surrounded by creative people who genuinely put in the effort every day makes this place well-balanced and enjoyable. The leadership is well-rounded and demonstrates care through the steps they take to move this place forward. Definitely a good place for me to be and hope to be for many more moons. I am an Artist first and foremost in everything I do. I have done all kinds of art and hope to try new ways of creating, but I am most experienced in Painting and Ink drawing. I usually keep my sketchbook nearby to continue creating and sharing my art. I also play a lot of video games, love D&D, and get excited about finding mushrooms. I’m always trying to learn new things, no matter the subject. Favorite Food: Meatloaf; Favorite Restaurant: Olive Garden

    Hi, I’m Maya! I work at Vita Brevis Fine Art because I love sharing the joy of giving the opportunity for families and individuals to get professional portraits, especially if this is their first time coming in!

    I am originally from Seattle, WA, but I moved out here alone 2 years ago, and I've genuinely loved it ever since. I love rocks and minerals, and going out and finding cool rocks! I love singing and karaoke, so thats pretty much all I do in my free time.

    Thai food is my hyper-fixation, so that is pretty much all I eat every day.

Working at Vita Brevis has also allowed me to grow professionally. Through persistence, communication, and a genuine desire to help others, I have strengthened my customer service and relationship-building skills while contributing to our team's success. I take pride in every booking I make because I know there is a real person on the other end who benefits from the services we provide. More importantly, Vita Brevis gives me the opportunity to make a positive impact while continuing to build a stable and meaningful future for the community. I love reading and am always trying to cook new recipes. I love all creative projects and am looking for my next adventure to continue growing as a person.     Originally from Florida, I recently made my way to Colorado and am so excited to be part of the Vita Brevis family. Outside of work, you can usually find me gaming, getting creative, or finding new ways to bring ideas to life. I’m also a huge fan of Italian food — it’s definitely my favorite!

    I work at Vita Brevis because I believe there is a deep emotional impact to having portraits of those we love. Having something to remember about the happy times in our lives and the lives of our families is something we can carry with us in our times of struggle to remind us of what is important. I am a mountain man. Count me in on any outdoor activity. I regularly visit different trails all over Colorado. My favorite food currently is deep dish pizza, though anything with cheese in it is exciting to me.

    Hi, I’m Alayshia, and I’m excited to be part of the team at Vita Brevis Fine Art. I wanted to work here because I love being around creativity and positive people. I enjoy helping others and making people feel welcome, and I appreciate being part of a place where every interaction can make someone’s day a little brighter.
    Outside of work, I’m a mom and a college student working toward a degree in social work. My goal is to build a career where I can support and advocate for others, so I’m always looking for opportunities to learn and grow. When I’m not working or studying, I love spending time with my son, listening to music, watching movies, and making memories with my family and friends. Those moments mean the most to me.
    When it comes to food, you can never go wrong with chicken, but I also love sushi and am always happy to try a new sushi spot. I’m grateful to be part of the Vita Brevis Fine Art family and look forward to meeting everyone who visits. I hope to make each person’s experience a welcoming and memorable one.

    I'm a family person who loves being a mom, a wife, and a proud fur mom. Home is my happy place, and I jokingly call myself the warden of the household. I enjoy simple comforts like my favorite snack of tuna and cottage cheese with crackers or a simple charcuterie plate. I work as a recruiter for Vita Brevis Fine Art, driven by my passion to cherish everlasting memories in one's life. I love connecting individuals with a positive culture where they can be part of meaningful moments in our clients' lives. Originally from California, I have a deep love for authentic Mexican food, which will always be my favorite.
