These SMS Terms & Conditions (“SMS Terms”) govern the mobile text messaging program operated by Vita Brevis Fine Art (“we,” “us,” or “our”) in connection with the contact form and related communications on vitabrevisfineart.com.

By providing your mobile phone number via our contact form (or otherwise opting in) and agreeing to receive text messages, you expressly consent to these SMS Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • Follow-up questions or information about portrait sessions, experiences, or services

  • Appointment scheduling, confirmation, reminder, or rescheduling notices

  • Studio location, session preparation, or other customer-service communications related to your inquiry

Messages are transactional / customer-service oriented in response to your contact-form submission. We do not use this program for pure promotional/marketing blasts unless you separately opt in to a marketing list.

Message frequency varies. You can typically expect a small number of messages in response to your inquiry (often 1–4 messages depending on the conversation). Frequency may increase temporarily if we are coordinating a session or answering multiple questions. We will not send excessive messages.

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to the number from which you received the message. After you send STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message and will no longer receive SMS messages from this program (unless you re-opt in later).

Supported carriers include major U.S. carriers (AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, etc.). Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Delivery depends on your wireless carrier and network availability.
