Tiaras & Tuxedos Sessions: 

From start to finish, your session and premier room ordering appointment will take 2 hours. Learn more about The Experience.

A few things to help you get ready for your session:

  • Location: Our portrait studio is located at 525 E. Fountain Blvd, Suite #110 in Colorado Springs CO, 80903.

  • Traffic: Please pay attention to traffic and construction delays. We recommend allowing an extra 20 minutes to arrive on time (or check your drive time on GPS before leaving).

  • Session Start Time: While we do ask that you allow extra driving time so that you are not late, we will start your session at your scheduled session time. Please come in 5 minutes prior to that to fill out paperwork and use our restrooms before we start your session.

  • Late/No Show: We will not be able to do your session if you are more than 5 minutes late. Your reservation fee will be forfeited if you are past 5 minutes late or do not show up for your scheduled session.

  • What to wear? Our outfits are so adorable and we have many, many different options! We have dresses from size 1 year to an adult size xx-large. We also have pants, vests, suits, and tuxedoes for sizes 1 year old to adult size xx-large. We also have lots tiaras, crowns, headbands, hats, top hats, bowties and ties to accessorize their outfit.
    *If you have special needs children or children who are particular about what they wear or might not fit into our outfits, you may want to bring along your own outfit in case they have sensory or other issues about wearing our outfits.

  • Hair & Makeup: Please come with hair and makeup done.

  • Shoes: We do have some shoes available but do recommend you bring dress shoes or heels for your children so they definitely have shoes that fit.

  • Your Ordering Appointment to view and order your portraits will take place immediately following the Magical Garden Fairy session. You will be treated to a cinematic experience in floor-to-ceiling viewing of your portraits in our Premier room! Be prepared to make all purchasing decisions at this time as it is the time we have set aside for you to do so. From start to finish, your session and ordering appointment will take approximately 2 hours.

  • Cancellation/Reschedule Policies: We block out our studio and staff for two hours for every appointment; this is why we collect a $250 session reservation fee for all portrait sessions. This policy is to ensure that we are booking serious and committed clients. The fee is fully refundable on the day of your session as long as you show up for your appointment.

    Your reservation fee will be refunded in full unless you:
    Reschedule your session more than once.
    Do not show up for your scheduled session.
    Apply your reservation fee to your portrait order.
    Cancel or reschedule your appointment less than one week in advance (see below).

    One Week Cancellation Policy:
    Any cancellation or rescheduling request must be made more than one week from the session day.
    Any cancellation or no-show less than one week before your scheduled session will result in the loss of your reservation fee.
    Any rescheduled session less than one week before your scheduled session will become a print credit towards your portrait order, regardless of sickness, injury, or other life events.

    Vita Brevis Fine Art experiences are valid for 60 days from the date you receive them.

  • Please note that our studio is fur-friendly, so we have dogs and cats in it daily. All dogs must be on leashes, and all cats must be in carriers.
